BRG reserves the right to disclose any such information we do collect when required by a valid subpoena or court order, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. In the event that another company acquires AMR Baber Research Incorporated or all or part of its assets, we reserve the right to include Information among the assets transferred to the acquiring company.
